WHAT DOCUMENTS TO BRING TO REGISTRATION

Posted by Mindi McWherter Dawkins on Nov 03 2011 at 05:00PM PDT

As you get ready to register for Casa Grande Little League, make sure you take a minute to get your documents ready to go.  For first-time players in our League, we will need you to bring your birth certificate to verify your age and eligibility, as well as one proof of residency (check which documents you can bring HERE).  Returning players do not need proof of age (we already checked it!), but will need proof of residency unless you played last year AND are still at the same address.  If you do not reside within the boundaries of CGLL, your child will still be eligible to play with CGLL if he/she attends a school within CGLL's boundaries (you will need to have this form signed by the appropriate school administrator.)  We need a registration form for each player (1st season Registration Forms four T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and Challenger divisions can be found here and 2nd season Registration Forms for all kid pitch divisions can be found here), as well as a MEDICAL RELEASE FORM in case of emergency.  Finally, you will need to sign a Parent Code of Conduct which you can find here.  If you have any questions, contact us!
